DAY 6: Beef Up Your Sandwich...With VEGETABLES

This is a super quick post about an even quicker lunch. The best way to get the most out of your lunch is by adding vegetables to any ordinary sandwich. Cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes, romaine and spinach will give that sandwich a crunchy boost and will take away some of the guilt of the chips.

Today I'm having Tuna Salad with Chips. I added a splash of lime, cilantro and jalapeno and my all-time fave Dijon ...everything tastes better with Dijon, and a little mayo.
